Anderson Humane is teaming up with Brilliance Subaru for a high-energy, first-come, first-served adoption event where incredible dogs, puppies, and kittens will be ready to go home that same day.

Every pet is already spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, so when you meet “the one,” you can make it official on the spot. And your journey doesn’t end there…we’ll be by your side with low-cost training, low-cost veterinary care, and ongoing support to help you build a lifelong bond.

FAQ

What do I need to bring to adopt?

You’ll need to bring a valid ID and form of payment; we accept card and cash.

How do I know who will be available for adoption at this event?

Once we know which adoptables will be attending this event, they’ll be posted below! Keep a lookout a day or two before the event.

Can I put a hold on a dog or cat?

We do not place holds on adoptables; we want to be fair to all folks who are interested.

Will there be adult dogs too, or only puppies?

We typically bring lots of puppies; they’re usually very resilient and eager to make new friends! Adoption events can be stressful for adult dogs, so we only bring adult dogs we know would be well-suited for a crowded event.

Will there be adult cats too, or only kittens?

We will only be bringing kittens to the event, no adult cats. 

What time should I get there?

Historically, there has typically been a line to get into this adoption event. You’re more than welcome to arrive when you’d like, but if there’s an adoptable you have an eye on, we suggest getting there early.
