Meet at the library’s outdoor stage (weather-permitting) for an interactive wildlife education program presented by Anderson Humane. We will learn about their work in wildlife rehabilitation and provide us with tips for coexisting with our local wildlife. Special appearance by Wanda the Groundhog! Feel free to bring a folding chair or blanket and a sack lunch, or purchase food and drink from our library cafe.

You will explore the process of rescuing, treating, and releasing sick or injured wild animals. Learn about the challenges wildlife face and how rehabilitation supports conservation.
