DESCRIPTION:Healing Paws Comfort Animal Therapy Program\nThink your pet could be a Healing Paws comfort therapy animal? Have them evaluated and find out! Anderson Humane’s volunteer program facilitates visits to senior centers\, schools\, and other places where people need the healing presence of animals. A minimum commitment of 2 hours per month is required. \nTo schedule an evaluation\, please click here. For more information\, please contact Kelly Rakunas at 847.697.2880 x29 or krakunas@ahconnects.org. \nEach evaluation will be 20 minutes long and must be scheduled prior to attending. There is a $40 fee for evaluation.
