- A flexible, part-time schedule including weekdays and weekends. Our Clinic’s hours are Monday through Friday: 7:30 am – 4 pm, and Saturdays: 8 am – 2 pm.
What you’ll be doing
- Ensuring all shelter and owned animals are properly scheduled for spay/neuter appointments.
- Assisting clients in scheduling low-cost veterinary care appointments.
- Being the friendly face that greets visitors and assists them by addressing medical questions, going over post-surgery instructions, or helping them to the best of our ability.
- Using a variety of computer programs to gather the info you need to provide superior service and process clients’ payments.
- Staying up-to-date and spreading the word about our incredible programs and events.
- Maintaining a welcoming environment for both animals and visitors.

Do you have what it takes?
- At least one year of customer service experience in a professional setting.
- Veterinary or medical knowledge and/or vet clinic experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills that showcase warmth and inclusivity.
- At ease learning new software programs.
- Ability to exercise a high level of professionalism, especially in emotional situations.
- A natural ability to juggle tasks and prioritize.
